Premium Treated softwood decking boards with grooves on one side and a planed smooth finish on the other.
Requiring minimal effort and cost, softwood decking can be self-installed as a DIY project or professionally fitted. Softwood decking is preservative treated to prolong the natural life-span of the timber and is produced with a grooved finished appearance on one side, which are then usually installed on a timber joist sub-frame.
It is also pressure treated to prevent fungal and insect attacks. We recommend applying an appropriate deck stain to further protect your new deck against the elements.
